For Khurram Shehzad, there’s no greater joy than being able to empower people through property. Whether it’s his valued clients or esteemed staff, by sharing his wisdom and passion for real estate, Khurram has successfully established a name for himself and the Nidus Group Real Estate Agency in the thriving Western Sydney market.

This, along with his passion for property, is why buyers keep coming back to Khurram and his team – they want to continue the journey they started years prior, as first home buyers, and feel reassured they are in expert hands when it’s time to upgrade.

For Khurram personally, to see the growth of his agents under the umbrella of this brand he proudly founded gives him great joy. Extra care and support are always on hand to help staff realise their full potential, which is why they’ve established a reputation as a young, hungry and vibrant agency that are determined to exceed expectations.

Giving back to the community is also important. Sponsoring local sporting clubs, including the Glendenning Sparks, the Minchinbury Jets, Rooty Hill Dragons, Rooty Hill RSL Soccer Club, Plumpton/ Oakhurst Soccer Club plus Series Futsal ensures Khurram and the Nidus Group Real Estate Team give back to those who have given them so much.

Prior to launching Nidus Group, Khurram worked for industry giants, UGL and KPMG as a business analyst and in enterprise resource planning. He’s also secured a Bachelor of Business and Information Technology after completing his studies at Central Queensland University and Western Sydney University.

By adopting a holistic approach to real estate, which encompasses so much more than just negotiating the best price possible for vendors, Khurram is proud to lead a dynamic team that goes above and beyond.
